We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Prague and help us improve our company’s sales, with a focus on outbound lead generation.We appreciate creativity, proactivity, and self-commitment, as we value you working independently, while being in charge and fully responsible for a given area. What will your main tasks be, as a Business Development Representative? In this role, you will:
Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers, while building a sustainable customer base. You will be leading the process through research, contact, cold calls, cold emailing, and meeting the clients (online or offline), together with senior colleagues
Compile, analyze and report sales and market data, while you will monitor and evaluate your sales performance
Determine the sales potential and make recommendations
Analyze the customer behavior and market trends, in order to meet the product demand and preferences. We would like for your voice to be heard!
Implement efficient customer communication and feedback channels
Administrate the CRM (we work with HubSpot)
Work hand in hand with cross-functional teams (development, sales, business consultancy)
Who are we searching for?
Passion for communication and “unlocking doors”, while seeking for new business opportunities, strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Previous BDR or SDR experience (minimum 2 years), especially in B2B outbound lead generation
Strong self-commitment, while you are able to drive and develop independently new ideas and solution
A big plus is represented by you having mastered multiple sales techniques (including cold emailing)
Thirst for learning new things, open-minded, and with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, while being a good team player
You have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (previous work with a CRM is must have)
English: fluent level
